QA/QC Engineer Bandar Baru Bangi

Responsibilities:

 Preparation, implementation, monitoring, revision and updating of Contractor’s Contract Quality Plan.

 Development, preparation, implmentation and monitoring of all Contract Specific Procedures and Work Instructions.

 Monitoring Sub-Contractor’s Quality Systems and Quality Performance. 

 Preparation, implementation, revision and monitoring Quality Control Plans. 

 Records and Reports of Quality activities. 

 Auditing – Internal and External and follow up Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions. 

 Overall control, supervision and implementation of Control Quality and technical requirements, resolution of qual problems, preparation and maintenance of Contract Quality Records. 

Requirements:

 Candidate must possess qualified with API 510 & CSWIP 3.1 / PCN. 

 Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Welding Engineer or equivalent. 

 Attended a Lead Assesssor’s Training Course, be a qualified Internal Quality Auditor 

 Minimum of 3 years’ experience in offshore oil and gas with regards to vessal or tank repair 

 Minimum of 3 years’ experience in establishment, operation, and maintenance of quality management system in compliance with ISO 9001, demonstrate capability of developing quality system, quality plans, quality control procedures, inspection plans and contract specific work procedures.

 Applicant must be willing & able to initially travel frequently.  Independent, good analytical, planning, problem solving and communication skills.
