PETRONAS Lubricants Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Lub Dagangan Sdn Bhd) is a wholly owned subsidiary of PETRONAS Dagangan Bhd undertaking the Sales, Marketing, Distribution and Technical Services related to PETRONAS Lubricant products in Malaysia.

Our product portfolio encompasses Passenger Car Motor Oils (PCMO), Motorcycle Oils (MCO), Commercial Vehicle Lubricants (CVL) as well as Industrial and Marine Lubricants (IML) that caters for consumers, commercial and industrial consumption.

Digital Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and define the vision/future roadmap of digital across key areas – optimization of digital investment on SEO, SEM, Social Media and CRM strategy
  • Explore and develop means for acquisition of new consumers (eg. leads generation and conversion) and find ways to engage with existing consumers to build brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Be the consultant and provide digital expertise inputs to the planning and execution of digital marketing activities from content planning on website, online advertising, social media, SEM, mobile, CRM and other digital communication platforms
  • Be up to date about latest digital trends and local digital insights and ensuring this is implemented across the different digital touchpoints. Knows where to find the right digital target audience and provide strategic recommendation on digital planning
  • Co-ordinate with Group Marketing, Regional and local brand teams to ensure communications are aligned and project runs smoothly
  • Manages reporting and tracking of digital campaigns reach, efficiency and effectiveness with the appointed agencies
  • Able to benchmark and follow up on competitor’s digital activities and demonstrate strategic thinking and analysis based on findings
  • Explore new digital opportunities; online advertising, eCRM, eCommerce, Google products, bloggers, youtube, flash, HTML, windows 7, mobile, etc.
  • Co-ordinate with local teams and manage agency to update the digital properties and assets consistently for specific marketing campaign
Agency Management
  • Work with creative digital agency and media agency with regular meetings
  • Ensure agency is delivering accurate and timely digital plans
  • Co-ordinate all digital activity to optimize total portfolio 
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): • Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu and English both spoken and written. Mandarin and other languages are an added advantage, • Experience in working with agencies to deliver required outputs within specified timelines., • Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, HTML, • Good project management skills, • Excellent computer skills with an understanding of the web standards and applications
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent.
