Responsibilities and Tasks
- To ensure compliance with the established Tender Pricing Formats according to the Client’s Work Breakdown Structure and linking to Aker Solutions standard pricing spreadsheet
- To establish and submit cost input related to the work package BOM and ensure that the pricing is compiled according to the inquiry received from the Client
- To establish work package cash flow exposure, which will be incorporated in the overall cash flow exposure
- To liaise with various stakeholders to gather costing information
- To establish work package benchmarking and costing presentation for Aker Solutions management review
- To demonstrate through example of high commitment and alignment with value of Aker Solutions Vision is to be the preferred partner for all stakeholders, through: HSE Mindset • Customer Drive • Hands-on Management • Delivering Quality Results • Open and Direct Dialogue • People and Teams
- To know, understand and comply with the Aker Solutions HSE Management System requirements in relation to their job, and take personal responsibility on HSE for their own behaviour as per Just Care
- To understand and comply with Corporate, BA and BU HSE requirements such as Just Rules and local legislative HSE requirements, that is rolled out from time to time
Qualifications and Personal Qualities
- Minimum a degree in engineering, finance, business management or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in tendering and costing environment
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings is a definite advantage
- Efficient and in-depth knowledge of MS Excel and MRP Process. Experience in SAP is an advantage
- Good understanding and capability to work with spreadsheets
- Flexible attitude to type and patterns of work and a willingness to learn new skills
- Spills training is preferable
